We are a small independent business and every sale is important to us. If you need any assistance using the site or require further information please get in touch.

Sizing – We provide size guides and measurements  from the manufacturer wherever possible on our product pages but it would be impossible for us to provide measurements for every item. We know how tricky it can be buying clothing online however, sending multiple sizes of items isn’t a great option for us, you or the environment so we would ask customers to refrain from this if possible – we are here and happy to help with sizing queries and advice to help you get the perfect fit first time! Payments

We accept payments via credit and debit cards or from a Paypal account. We use Paypal to process our transactions but you don’t need a paypal account to place an order. Paypal’s terms of use and privacy statement can be found at the checkout.

Delivery

We aim to prepare and dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. Orders placed before 3pm will usually be dispatched that same day, orders placed after 3pm may be dispatched on the next working day. Please note our working week is currently Tuesday to Saturday.

We ship via Royal Mail, most orders are sent using their tracked service. You will receive notifications from Royal Mail regarding your delivery. If you miss your delivery you will be left a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from your local depot or Post Office.

UK customers can choose from the following options:

• Standard  – £3.50/FREE on orders over £60 – Orders usually received in 2-3 days.
• Speedy – £4.50 – Orders usually received in 1-2 days
• Local Pick up –  FREE – Select this option if you wish to collect your order in person from our Bristol Shop. You will receive an email when your order is ready and you may collect anytime during our opening times. Please note – If your order has not been collected within 14 days and we have not heard from you we may cancel and refund the order minus a restocking fee.

International customers: Please contact us for a delivery price if you are overseas.

Returns

We hope you will love your new purchases, but if you wish to return anything please take a look at the following policy:

Items purchased from makestyle.co.uk may be returned via mail or courier to MAKE 59 Gloucester Road, Bristol, BS7 8AD for a refund or store credit. Please note that you are responsible for any items until they reach us, so ensure they are packaged suitably and appropriate postal method and insurance is obtained.

Items purchased from Makestyle.co.uk may be returned in person to our Bristol shop for a refund, exchange or store credit.

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Once we have received and checked the item(s) refunds will be issued via the original payment method, or store credit issued within 7 days.

Items must be in a saleable condition ie; unworn, with all tags, labels and any packaging intact. We are unable to accept returns for any items that have been worn, washed or had their tags removed.

Please note – We urge customers to use caution when trying on items at home in regard to certain deodorants, perfumes and make up they may be wearing. Returns of items that are soiled, marked or smell strongly of perfume or smoke will not be accepted.

Postage and packaging charges will not be refunded.

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item please contact us within 14 days of receipt so we can put things right for you.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the distance selling regulations.

Out of Stock Items

We trade from a high street shop as well as online, this does mean that occasionally an item you have ordered will be out of stock. In this case we will contact you asap about an alternative product, date when stock will be available or refund for the item.
